Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we send the Delhivery tracking (AWB) number by email and SMS. It is usually 13–14 digits.
When will my order ship?
We pack and hand your order to Delhivery as soon as it is confirmed. You will get your tracking number the moment it ships.
My tracking hasn't updated yet
The first update can take up to 24 hours after you receive your tracking number, while Delhivery scans the parcel in.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us before your order ships and we will update it for you.
